PoolDose is a one-time-purchase pool & spa dosing instrument for iPhone that works fully offline. It turns your test readings into exactly how much of which product to add — chlorine, bromine, biguanide (Baquacil) or salt water, any volume — and keeps every test in a plain local file that is yours forever.
Open Settings (the gear, top-right) and tap Restore purchase — or use the “Restore purchase” button on the unlock screen itself. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so it survives deleting and reinstalling the app, and works on a new phone signed in to the same Apple ID. No account with us is ever needed.
The export carries your whole model — bodies of water, products, target bands and every reading — so the import fully restores it. Moving phones is a file, not a login. Export is always free.
Fully — that’s the point of PoolDose. Set the sanitizer in Water setup; chlorine, bromine and biguanide (Baquacil) are parameters, not locked modes. Any volume works — a 250-gallon inflatable spa is never gated. Adding a chlorine product to a Baquacil pool is refused with a safety warning, because that mix is a real chemical hazard.
PoolDose computes doses from your own measured readings using transparent mass-balance chemistry. Always follow your product’s label and confirm with your test kit — the app supports your dosing decisions; it isn’t medical or professional advice.
